D&M Fencing is a local contractor installing residential/commercial/agricultural fence systems and specializing in automated gate systems.
Looking for a motivated individual wanting to grow with the company.
We have out-grown our small crews and it's time to expand to larger crews and multiple crews.
Looking for someone who's willing to learn the trade and all aspects within that trade.
Responsibilities:
- be to work on time every day 10-15 minutes early.
- work over time as needed.
- work occasional Saturdays- help with snow plowing accounts (any hour of the day)- learn to run and operate all the tools and equipment required to do an install- be motivated to be a member of the team not just an employee that shows up every dayThings that will help you succeed with in the company (preferred):
- have or obtain a Commercial Drivers License Class A- run equipment efficiently and safely- understand building techniques for installs- always on time and never misses workPay dependent on experience

Year-End BonusesAfter one year- 5 days paid vacationAfter 2 years - 10 days paid vacationYearly salary/hourly pay increases with no cap.
